• Responsible for developing the organization by mentoring junior members and developing how to guides under the direction of the department manager
• Responsible for understanding and following corporate and department security policies and procedure along with standard operating procedures performed other duties.
• Reduced imaging time to under an hour from hours to complete
• Coordinated computer lab move to new site location
• Performed tasks associated with installing, configuration, upgrading and maintaining computer network systems in typical LAN/WAN environments.
• Assisted with the installation, configuration and management of the Windows infrastructure in both a physical and Virtual environment
